We are working with a fantastic, successful global organisation in London who are looking for a talented Social Media Consultant to join them on a consultative, contract basis. The Social Media Consultant will play a key role in supporting the Talent Attraction team to help drive their talent attraction strategies.

This role is for a Social Media Consultant, within the Talent Acquisition team who will be reporting into the Global Head of Talent Attraction. They operate a hybrid working arrangement but could look at a remote working arrangement for the right person.

You will advise the talent attraction team on best practice and inspire by sharing the potential of social media. This will be an opportunity to create and develop an exciting social media strategy, to increase brand presence and help attract the best talent to this exciting global organisation.

This will involve developing a range of social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and other relevant social channels on a daily basis.

**What you will be doing**
- Advising the Global Head of Talent Attraction on social media strategy.
- Implement strategic and tactical plans to drive engagement.
- Social content creation.
- Using data from social content to provide insights and translate into campaign strategy for management.
