Mia Direct Ltd is currently in search of a StreetWorks Adminstration Assistant to provide support to it's current Civils Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring work packs have all required details prior to issue to field teams
- Registering works starts/stops and registration of reinstatements
- Tracker administration
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate on all levels
- Excellent time-management skills
- Flexible approach and positive attitude to work
- Organised, professional, and proactive approach
- Client liaison
- Health and Safety
**Qualifications**:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and SharePoint for document management and collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
No hybrid working option available.
NO Agencies.
