**About This Role**

As head of Marketing & Brand for the Viva group, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our brand(s) which include the ‘Viva’ showroom venue, our ‘Viva Vegas Diner & Bar’ as well as various resident and touring show products operating under our ‘Viva Entertainments’ division.

You will help us identify existing, and potential new audiences and ensure our brand is communicated well and appropriately through the relevant marketing/communication channels.

Marketing will also play a pivotal role in the culture of our business and team, with great internal communications - to ensure our Cast & Crew (our team members) are knowledgeable ambassadors for our business.

You’ll oversee the structure, direction and activity or our in house marketing team (currently 2 persons) and also liaise, direct and ensure the accountability of our external providers (such as digital marketing services providers, designers etc.). You’ll also have accountability for our digital presence, including content and technical performance.

A budget will be agreed and provided to you of over 6 figures per annum to help ensure our seat capacity goals are met, relevant event enquiries are generated through to our sales team and bookings/walk up customers into our diner help ensure fantastic revenue targets are achieved.

There will also be an opportunity to shape our future product and programming, through attendance at our monthly programming meetings - to discuss new markets, opportunities and initiatives to explore.

**What Does Success Look Like In Your Role?**

You will be a well organized, high performing team player who can step back and look at the bigger picture, without forgetting the finer details.

You’ll get the best out of our resources and media spend and ensure that the growing Viva brand becomes recognized for quality entertainment, dining and drinks experiences. ROAS will be a key metric for your KPIs - and there will be plenty of activity to manage and delegate through multi
- channel approaches, often to different audiences for different products.

Our head of Marketing & Brand will take a keen interest in results, ensuring that the right enquiries are being made with the best chance of conversion to a sale, and subsequent secondary sell.

We also hope to be well connected to the community - with Viva recognized as a great local employer, contributor and success story. Our local market is one to be developed further and can offer great opportunities to the group’s success.

Our venue managers and other senior team members will be able to rely on you for great creative ideas, and campaign delivery to support their targets and activity objectives. And you will work with our HR manager to ensure your team are well skilled and developed with continued training opportunities.

You will be also involved and integral to programming decisions, along with the entertainments and commercial manager(s).

Also via our touring activity, we will not only generate income via high grossing show production performances - but we will market our venues and other group activity to audiences highly in tune with the Viva aims and objectives.

**Your Experience**

Previous experience and an understanding of the entertainment industry and Blackpool is advantageous - particularly in respect to programming.

You will also have experience in managing and delegating tasks to a team, including holding team members to account for deliverables as well as developing their skills and challenging them to aid their development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £33,000.00-£35,500.00 per year
