Contract Administrator

**The Best Connection Mansfield are currently seeking a hard-working Contracts Administrator to join an existing team of experienced friendly personnel at our client's head office, based in Blidworth**
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Answering phones and taking any overflow calls from other departments to assist clients.
- Support and liaise with the Contracts Managers daily in respect of client contracts, site operatives and contract documentation.
- Maintain spreadsheets detailing contact details, to be reviewed by the contracts managers and issued for approval by the client.
- Allocate client contract details onto the calendar e.g. labour involved in job, any lodging/specialist permits/equipment/access requirements to be considered.
- Update calendar entries using the adopted traffic light colour coding system.
- Engage in daily/weekly update meetings with the contracts team to update progress, identify key issues etc.
- Engage in weekly/monthly meetings with other internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all site documentation (including job paperwork) and relevant information is available for each team of operatives.
- Scan in paperwork to client folders.
- Update client portals with information on each job.
- Responsible for booking accommodation in support of lightning protection projects and maintain records of bookings for monthly invoicing.
- Learn how to securely manage paperwork submitted to the MOD.
**Pay Rate**:
- ** £12.24** per hour
**Working Hours**:
- ** Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 5pm**.
- The opportunity to go from a **temporary to permanent** employee, dependent upon attendance and performance
