**Position**: Housing Casework Officer

**Location**: Loxley House, Nottingham Salary: £30,296 - £33,024 per annum (pro rata for part-time)

**Hours**: Permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week

Key Requirements:

- Demonstrated knowledge of housing legislation in both public and private sectors.
- Proficiency in homelessness legislation, including advising on and executing duties owed to citizens by the Authority.
- Ability to manage a complex workload under pressure, meeting targets and deadlines with attention to detail, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing a high-quality, customer-focused service.
- Evidence of successful partnership working across different sectors, building and maintaining good working relationships.
- Understanding of the wider issues impacting homelessness, including barriers faced by people with multiple and complex needs.

**About the Role**:
As a Housing Casework Officer, you will play a pivotal role in:

- Preventing homelessness and ensuring that all citizens in housing need or crisis receive the assistance they require.
- Your responsibilities will include providing advice on housing legislation
- Managing a complex workload
- Working in partnership with various sectors to address homelessness effectively.
