**£14.39 per hour PAYE**
**The post-holder will manage the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme, leasehold alterations, lease extensions, enfranchisements, ad hoc sales, party wall matters and other requests/changes requiring landlord’s permission and payment of a premium.** Key responsibilities:

- Acknowledge party wall matters and advising clients of documents required (i.e. notices and details of the works including drawings, structural engineers report etc.).
- Pass on party wall notices to the relevant team(s) to investigate if required.
- Responsible for advising leaseholders on the statutory lease extension and to manage the process.
- Manage the process where owners of flats in a building, and sometimes part of a building, join together to buy the freehold of that building.

- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Has experience in using CRM and Shear point systems

Skills & Abilities
- Excellent front-facing customer service skills
- Strong and effective communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills and capabilities
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with professional services: legal, finance and surveyors
- Excellent prioritising and planning skills
- Proven track record of working in a similar role and environment
- Thorough understanding of how local authority takes decisions
- Proactive process monitoring and tracking skills
- Excellent business administration, including spreadsheets, word documents etc.
- Hands on trouble-shooter
