We are looking for a **Leasehold Alternations Officer **you will be based**:W8 7NX**

As the Leasehold Enquiries Officer, it will be for you to manage the Right to Buy (RTB) scheme, leasehold alterations, lease extensions, enfranchisements, ad hoc sales, party wall matters and other requests/changes requiring landlord’s permission and payment of a premium.

To ensure statutory regulations and the Council’s decision-making process and contract regulations as set out in the Constitution are applied and adhered to.

Experience required
- Experience of working at within Right to Buy
- Experience of Leasehold alternations
- Experience of Working within a local authority
