The Role
Key purpose of the role to plan and schedule repair appointments / programmed works, to achieve maximum productivity, ensuring that suitably qualified operatives are correctly and
efficiently allocated at all times.

**Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to**:
Responsible for scheduling all appointments and programmed works with suitably
qualified operatives using available technology and reporting tools to ensure
business objectives are fully achieved within agreed timeframes.
To ensure performance monitoring systems are in place, and information is
accurate and effective, and in accordance with financial regulations.

To be considered for this role you will require
Good knowledge of building maintenance, including basic structural issues.
Good knowledge of different property types as well as different types of construction.

The client is looking to move quickly with this role and as such are offering £23.70 per hour Umbrella LTD Inside IR35.
