You will gain industry experience in a global brand (but with a family feel) organisation, whilst studying. Throughout your apprenticeship, you will work in the Academy which provides training for our retailers. You will learn how to design and implement great training solutions and how to provide a great delegate experience. All this activity ensures our network of retailers deliver a great Customer experience across Toyota and Lexus business within the UK. We will equip you with the tools for you to grow into a well-rounded employable graduate either in TGB or the wider working world

**Learning and Development Apprenticeship - Whistle Stop Overview**

There is one role up for grabs which will involve you splitting your time between working at the office and your academic study. You’ll be studying for your qualification that is awarded by the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (IWFM). Whilst in the office, we’ll give you all the skills and confidence you’ll need to act as an ambassador for Workplace Experience across all Toyota companies, ensuring every customer feels welcome, and receives the appropriate level of service for their needs. We’ll also help you to be comfortable and confident to respond appropriately to customer / client complaints or questions and escalate to senior management when required.

Enabling you to be the best you can be is on the top of our list at TGB, so our managers will support you by identifying projects that will provide opportunities for development as well as giving face to face support on a regular basis. To be considered for this role, the skills you’ll need to have include:

- GCSE in English and Maths at Grade C / 4 or above; International applicants are required to have a minimum overall IELTS (Academic) score of 6.0 with 5.5 in each component (or approved equivalent). Functional skills Level 2 in Maths / English are accepted as equivalent.
- Qualification at Level 3 (e.g., A Levels, Level 3 NVQ etc)
- Functional use of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrable logical and structured approach to problem solving
- Evidence of a strong desire to learn new skills quickly within a practical working environment.
