Assistant Pastor Job Duties

Assist the Pastor-in-Charge in the overall programs of the church and implement specific assignments by the pastor for general pastoral activities.

Teach the word of God in church services as scheduled by the biblical beliefs and teachings of The New Testament Gospel.

Bible Research for preaching and constantly conducting Bible training for members, Church Bible teaching, Bible retreats and bible seminars to improve in the knowledge of the scripture for church members.

Overseeing the Pastoral care and maintenance of the church members by ministering to the gospel of Christ in the bible.

Meeting with the Senior Pastor of the church and reporting all the day to day Church services and activities related to the Senior Pastor. Organise bible Conventions and prayer and fasting/bible Conferences to analyze and spread the Christian faith/message.

Organise and conduct baptism classes and carry out baptism for qualified members. Organise and administer Holy Communion. Officiating at marriage blessings, funerals, child christenings, child dedications, and other special services.

Prepare and deliver sermons and other biblical knowledge sharing sessions, Christian discipleship class. Provide daily Christian advice for church members, general counseling, and prayers for members of the church and community and Conduct Regular worship and rites

Must know about CAC Doctrine. Must have a mimimum 3 years of Pastoral previous Expirence, must be able to play Yamaha Keyboard, Operate Yamaha Mixer, Teach and play other Instruments

Direct program for new members and new Christian orientation.
Organise training courses and set up Bible Classes for members.
Organise and oversee Christian educational events and programmes.

Support all church/charity projects and work along the vision of the church to establish and grow more branches of the church within the United Kingdom. Support all church projects and fulfill other purposes which are exclusively charitable and connected with the charitable work of the Church.
