We are looking for **Telesales **staff to work for a **Multi sector Recruitment Company** in **Manchester.**

You will be experienced in outgoing business to business outbound sales.

We operate within the Digital marketing, construction, Engineering, Leisure & IT sectors

You will be tasked with carrying cold and warm calls to generate new business & arrange meetings for our recruitment consultants to follow up and convert.

With this role there is scope to grow into a full recruitment consultant role should you show potential.

you will be given a sector to focus on and then a list of companies to call each day with the aim of converting them into warm job opportunities for our consultants.

You will be office based in our Old Trafford offices between the hours of 9 - 5

No evenings or weekend

in addition to a basic salary there is fantastic opportunity to earn major commissions.

You must be hungry.

You must be willing to hit the phones and dial all day long

You should have at least 2 years outbound sales experience with a background in hitting your targets successfully.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £17,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
