**LENDING ADMINISTRATOR**
WELLINGBOROUGH (HYBRID)

We are recruiting for a Lending Administrator to our Central Administration Support Team (CAST) to assist the Private Banking Team with a variety of administrative tasks, including drafting lending and review documentation, loading information into the Flexcube system, running reports, and handling internal queries.
You will be based in our Wellingborough head office. You will need to work onsite during your training, then you can enjoy the flexibility of hybrid working.

We are looking to offer a salary of up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience. **What your day will look like**
- Handling daily queries raised by the Private Banking Team which are received via the Centralised Administration Team mailbox
- Drafting all lending and security documentation
- Carrying out core banking tasks including drafting of Audit and Redemption Letters, ordering any new Private Banking stationery for the client, completing of Mortgage Statements, scanning post for the relevant teams and producing of all reference statements
- Monitoring the arrears database and prepare the arrears letters
- Loading lending into the Flexcube system, making amendments as required
- Monitoring and overseeing the expired Buildings Insurance Policies and requesting up to date policies from the wider Private Banking Team
**What you will have**
- Minimum of 5 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above, with Maths and English at 5 or above (or equivalent)
- Enjoy providing crucial but behind the scenes support - this role will not suit someone who wants to be client facing
- We will provide you with all the training you need so an ability to learn is crucial
- Able to draft documents which will need excellent attention to detail, accuracy and written communication.
- Able to work well under pressure, to tight deadlines, and handle multiple tasks
- You will be working in banking so you will need an interest in business and finance
**It would be nice for you to have**
- Previous banking experience and would be a big tick for us, but we will consider those from other backgrounds
- Good working knowledge of FCA regulation
