Happy Dough Lucky started off life as a pop-up at festivals, markets & venues across Nottingham. Since 2018 we became the permanent residents of our first pizzeria within The Lacehouse. Since then our mission has been to create the tastiest pizzas outside of Naples - nothing makes us prouder than a perfect pizza It is now the time we expand our brand across the UK and looking for the perfect people to join us on our journey
