Mix and serve drinks to customers in a timely and efficient manner

Prepare garnishes for drinks and ensure that all necessary supplies are stocked

Assist with banquet or special event service as needed

Floor Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service, including answering questions about menu items and making recommendations

Running food and drinks to designated tables ensuring menu items are up to standard

Standard cleanliness and organisation of front and back of house areas

Host responsibilities

Greeting and welcoming of customers to the venue with extensive knowledge of floor plans

Ability to organise and plan across venue seating arrangements

Ensure large bookings and pre orders are arranged and set up to a high standard

**Experience**:
Experience as a bartender, waiter/waitress or host in a restaurant or hospitality setting

Knowledge of retail math, cash handling, and cashiering procedures

Ability to work in a customer facing face paced environment

Familiarity with brewing and the food industry

Cross trained in different positions is a plus
