HR Officer

We are working with a highly established organisation who are looking for a stand alone HR Officer (generalist) to join their close knit team.

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity that offers a salary of up to £30,000 per annum. Our client offers favourable holiday entitlement which includes a two week shut down at Christmas and one week shut down at Easter.

Specific

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as first point of contact for all HR related queries and escalating when necessary.
- Maintain and update company policies and procedures.
- Process company monthly payroll
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Absence and sickness management
- Maintain and update HRIS system and employee personnel records
- Assisting with training and development needs
- General office administration

Our client is looking for an individual who is a true generalist with experience managing payroll processes. It is crucial that you have got experience working within a HR department and have managed the employee lifecycle process including payroll. It is desirable for our client to appoint an individual with a CIPD qualification or someone who is working towards.
