Sales Administrator

My client, a manufacturing company based in Bewdley, is looking to recruit a Sales Administrator on a Permanent basis.
The main functions of the role include
- Processing Purchase Orders on a daily basis
- Resolving any PO queries as they arise
- Manage general queries from suppliers on a daily basis
- Update and Maintain supplier information
- Managing supplier returns, deal with any quality issues appropriately
- Inputting orders
- Liaising with customers
- Booking transport when required
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing
- Excellent communication skills
- Good IT Skills especially MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Happy to receive further training in the role in different areas of the business
- Be available to take up a new role at relatively short notice
The hours for this role are 8.30am-5.00pm Mon-Thurs with a 4.00pm finish on Fridays
