**Main Responsibilities**
- Support the business and site to maintain compliance with all MOD, CTPWM police forces advise in order to maintain FSC certified site.
- Control & monitoring of visitors / contractors. This includes monitoring qualifications and induction of visitors / contractors.
- Communicating attendance of visitors to the relevant host.
- Support security clearance process.
- Monitoring and reserving of parking spaces against the IMI Truflo Marine parking standards. Ensuring contact details are collected and shift changeover is policed.
- Monitor site security during the day using both mobile patrol and CCTV system.
- Establish instructions for all security team members on the preparation and lock down of site, including opening and closing pedestrian / traffic gates.
- Routine patrols during working hours to maintain and ensure site is secure and act as a visual deterrent.
- Collect and distribute post and deliveries ensuring they are taken to the correct location / department.
- Produce and continuously review for currency, SOP’s for job related activities as necessary.
- Be responsible for the organisation of all 3rd party security guard support for when Security Controller is not working on site.
