**Charles Fish, a jewellery and luxury watches retailer, is recruiting for an e-Commerce Sales & Service Executive to join their team.**

**A good level of literacy, numeracy, and computer skills are also essential for this role.**

**Knowledge of Jewellery & Luxury Watches, or the Luxury Market, preferred but not essential,**

**Key responsibilities**:

- **Follow through post-order processes to ensure operational excellence.**:

- **Manage dispatch of select customer orders.**:

- **Merchandising products online as well as third-party selling marketplaces such as Chrono 24 and eBay.**:

- **Copywriting product descriptions.**:

- **Identify,analyse and propose innovations, promotions, efficiencies, and new product opportunities for sales growth.**:

- **Other ad hoc duties**

**Skills and Experience**
- **Have a strong footing and understanding of e-commerce/Online Retail**:

- **Previous positions held within e-commerce and/or sales retail environments**:

- **Can-do attitude, ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently**:

- **Demonstrating an uncompromising level of commitment and focus on quality.**:

- **Demonstrate confidence and professionalism in all engagements**:

- **Possess excellent organisation and administration skills**:

- **Being flexible, adaptable, adhering to change and showing initiative.**:

- **Excellent communication skills**:

- **Able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks**:

- **Highly proficient in spoken and written English**:

- **Shopify and eBay experience is preferable but not essential**:

- **Experience and comfort using MS Office programs (especially Excel)**

**The role will include 37.5 hours per week and will include Saturdays.**

**The role's working week will consist of 5 days across a 6-day week.**

**Work Location: In person for four days, Monday to Friday, and WFH on Saturdays.**

**Salary**: £24,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- E-Commerce: 1 year (required)
- Luxury Goods and Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Shopify: 1 year (preferred)
