**About the opportunity**:
We are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Partner to our ES&T EMEA team.

**Primary Responsibility**

The purpose of the role is to provide end to end recruitment support to internal clients, and act at the focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matter in respective area and/or region.

**Talent Acquisition Strategy**
- Review TA needs & assess the talent pipeline across business regions/ operating regions, creating a local view of talent pool & talent trend
- Provide input on defining TA resource management on a business region/ operating region level

**Operational Excellence**

Execute & implement TA initiatives ensuring a standardised execution of global TA processes for full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions, such as the following:

- Support the design & implementation of local recruiting strategy & process
- Identify key workforce segments within business units
- Gather internal & external benchmarking data
- Identify local recruiting trends in the marketplace
- Stay current on recruiting practices in the marketplace
- Manage local execution of the Employee Referral Program
- Manage local execution of organization branding programs related to recruiting & the I&D strategy
- Review & evaluate job openings
- Define job-specific selection criteria & screening questions
- Manage vacation & graduate recruitment programs
- Consult with Hiring Managers on agency utilization & reduce agency expense where possible
- Gather & consolidate feedback from interview team
- Negotiate job offer details with applicant
- Consult with hiring manager throughout recruiting process
- Ensure standardised execution of global TA processes for full life cycle recruiting activities for all positions.
- Proactively identify recruitment-related issues and possible resolutions
- Maintain TA policy & procedure documentation
- Identify opportunities for improving recruitment processes & procedures
- Support recruitment policies, programs & implementation approaches
- Gather & report on feedback from HRBPs, Hiring Managers & new hires on recruiting programs and services
- Provide input to metrics and reporting for a specific business region/ operating region

**Employer Branding and Value Proposition**
- Provide input to establishing consistent messaging around employer brand (including Jacobs' services & job opportunities), global communications, & campaigns
- Provide input to establishing communications protocols for internal & external TA activities at the globally

**Policies**
- Review hiring documentation and verify that the necessary approvals or authorizations are in place

**Local Talent Activity**
- Establish targeted talent pipelines in required disciplines

Preferably degree qualified.

**Talent Acquisition Knowledge**
- Proven experience with full cycle recruiting at all levels and across multiple disciplines
- Proven success with proactive recruiting strategies using non
- traditional recruiting methods
- Experience understanding TA needs & developing and maintaining a talent pipelines
- Experience recruiting in EPC and/or professional services environment
- Experience using recruiting tools such as internal databases, job boards & in collecting referrals
- Experience using relevant Applicant Tracking Systems, general knowledge of HR policies & procedures
- For Regional role: Previous experience in running large global recruitment campaigns and strategic senior level recruitment would be advantageous.

**Organizational and Interpersonal Effectiveness**:

- Excellent interpersonal & listening skills, effective communication skills (verbal and written), strong customer service orientation, excellent organisational skills, experience in conflict resolution, strong sense of team work and strong proficiency in project management skills, technologically savvy
