Our Agent Assist team is an important and vital step in the identity verification process for our global customers. Through your work, Mitek provides banks, financial institutions, marketplace businesses, and other customers the additional peace of mind in fighting fraud and ensuring end customers are safe and secure when using their systems.

**Location and Salary Information**

**Location**: Office Based, Leeds City Centre, LS1

**Job Type**: Full Time, Permanent

**Salary**: Starting from £20,900 /year (day shift).
- **As well as a competitive basic salary we also offer premiums (additional percentage on top of hourly wage) for weekends, bank holidays and hours worked between 22:00-06:00.**_
- **Bank Holidays inclusive of the Christmas period
- dependant on how a shift pattern falls.**_

**Day Shift**
- 12:00 to 21:00
- 15:00 to 00:00
- 3-week rotational schedule (including bank holidays and weekends)
- 9-hour shifts with 30-minute break
- Starting from £20,900 per annum

Also available:
**Night Shifts**
- 4 nights on/4 nights off
- From £20,900 per annum (+16% premium for hours worked between 22:00-06:00)
- 20:00 to 08:00

**What will you do? (Main Responsibilities)**
- Review identity documents, proof of address and selfies; determining their legitimacy and extracting the necessary data.
- Detect and escalate any fraudulent trends identified.
- Escalate any suspicious activity within requests.
- Assist in the training of our neural networks.
- Partake in regular in-house training to keep up to date with developments in the industry.
- **Please note this role requires working in a Secure Environment where personal devices such as mobile phones are prohibited. **_(You will be able to access to your phones and devices in our break rooms).

**What do you need to be a good fit?**
- Previous office experience in administration or data entry is desired.
- Able to attend three weeks of paid training Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30.
- Clean criminal record (DBS check) and clean credit record (e.g. no CCJ or bankruptcy).
- Be eligible to work in the UK.
- Three references (employment or academic).
- Able to reliably commute to LS1, Leeds.
- Desirable - An understanding of GDPR.
- Desirable - Criminology background.
- Desirable - Working knowledge of the KYC industry.
