Butchery Sales Administrator

RD Johns Ltd are looking for a Butchery Sales Administrator for our Butchery Department in Newton Abbot

**Main Duties**

Butchery Sales

Upsell butchery products of high quantity as directed by the Butchery Manager

Make daily outbound calls for customers butchery orders

Build rapport with your designated customers

Processing of customers procurement orders

Butchery Administration

Be a key point of contact for the butchery department

Notify the sales office of any low stock holdings to ensure stocks are not over booked.

Assist with stock takes when required

Ensure all butchery product cancellations are communicated to production and all labels & paperwork are cancelled/removed

Action and update the credit report daily

Complete general office filing and administration duties

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm

Previous experience in Sales required, Butchery knowledge an advantage

Wages to be discussed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
