Trainee Butcher

Due to continued growth R D Johns Ltd are looking to employ a Trainee butcher to join our successful production team.

Start Date to Be confirmed but Interviews to take place ASAP

This is a full time position working from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday (with a day off in the week). Additional hours are available during busy periods.

The key elements of this role include:

- Training in all aspects of butchery
- Production of butchery lines
- Clean down of production room
- Possible Sausage/Burger Production
- Notification of any stock shortages to your line manager.
- Up keep of stock rotation and availability.
- Ensure consistent high quality.
- Work within HACCP guidelines and company procedures.
- Good time keeping and work ethic.
- Picking orders for next day sales.

Salary To be discussed depending on experience
