We are currently seeking an **Office Coordinator / EA** to join a well-established, family-run SME based in Watford. You will be an integral part in ensuring that office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other businessactivities. An excellent office coordinator/EA is an organized and competent professional with phenomenal communication skills. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed. The goal is toensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.

**Key duties and responsibilities...**
- Answering incoming calls
- Document controlling/uploading tender information
- Maintaining sales pipeline tracker
- Setting up handover meeting between sales and operations once new projects are secured
- Ensure all latest information is available and PO’s have been received prior to a project hand over to operations team
- Invoicing
- Compiling site files
- Site operative wages
- H&S assistance
- Assisting the Purchasing assistant with admin duties
- Supporting and relieving MD and other directors
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks
- Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office
- Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place order

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience an Office Coordinator / EA or in a similar role
- Exposure to the construction industry is desirable
- Knowledge office management systems and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent administration skills
- Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Reliable with patience and professionalism
- Ability to work under pressure

Hours: Mon - Friday 8am - 4.30pm (degree flexibility) - ideally office based
