To identify and build long term relationships with key regional contacts, local businesses, organisations and individuals to encourage financial and long term support for Sense within the region.
Working with the community team to identifying other potential regional opportunities.
To achieve agreed income targets, monitoring and forecasting on a regular basis and taking remedial action when necessary.
To work with other teams in Fundraising to pass on supporters and generate potential leads for teams such as Events, High Value Partnerships, Corporates and Legacies.
Key skills and experience
Experience providing the highest level of stewardship to supporters / fundraisers or customers
Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable regularly speaking to both current supporters and potential supporters in person and by the phone
Experience of building successful internal and external relationships
Proven excellent organisational skills that will ensure all aspect of community fundraising activities are planned, implemented and completed to the highest of standards
Experience of managing multiple priorities simultaneously
