**Job Summary**:
The Central Booking-In Coordinator will be responsible for the timely and efficient booking of deliveries for all warehouses. They will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of goods into the warehouse. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all deliveries and ensuring that they are properly documented and tracked.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and book deliveries for multiple warehouses
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor delivery schedules and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Ensure that all deliveries are properly documented and tracked
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries and provide regular reports on delivery performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve delivery issues as they arise
- Continuously monitor and evaluate delivery processes for efficiency and effectiveness
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a logistics or transportation-related role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy

**Working Conditions**:
This position is typically performed in an office environment, but may require occasional visits to warehouses.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
