This role will be based at our UCFB Wembley campus, which is situated inside and around the immediate vicinity of the iconic Wembley Stadium, London including teaching facilities that overlook the famous turf, providing not only students but also our staff with a truly unique inspiring and iconic working environment.


The Vacancy



UCFB are seeking to appoint a Logistics Officer to support the delivery of a high quality, effective and efficient facilities management function for students and staff.

POST OBJECTIVES

To deliver, a high quality, effective and efficient day-to-day logistical operation at all UCFB facilities.

To ensure safe, compliant, well-maintained facilities, which support the achievement of the overarching aims of our facilities masterplan.

KEY TASKS:

  • Carry out the logistics requests for all UCFB logistics activity across all sites/facilities at the Wembley Campus: Wembley stadium, Arch View House, The Hive and Silver Jubilee Park.
  • (Stadium) Carry out the conversion of UCFB areas for event days and back to education usage, including moving UCFB assets to UCFB storage areas, and central storage. Manage the team of extra staff required, including booking contract staff as required
  • (All sites) Have an overview of where all UCFB assets are stored on non-event days and develop and maintain the asset register
  • (Stadium) Have an overview of where UCFB assets are moved to and from on event days
  • Facilitate all logistics requests for any temporary facilities UCFB uses – usually for event days when not in the stadium
  • Assist the other UCFB departments with their logistics requests e.g. Academics for teaching, marketing for materials, recruitment for open days and events

All non EU/EAA candidates must have valid immigration status and/or a UK visa valid for the duration of the contract in order to be considered for this role.

£20,678 to £26,010 (Circa) per annum depending upon qualifications & experience
