We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Property and Asset Management business line.
Department - Bristol Property & Asset Management Department, focusing on the management of commercial property assets for Investor owners.
What this job involves
To provide general administrative assistance to the team in relation to all aspects of property management. Specifically to assist with:
Coding of invoices which are our client’s responsibility and dealing with invoice queries
Report Preparation
Database maintenance and lease data extraction
All aspects of service charge administration
The maintenance of QA and business risk management systems
All aspects of Insurance management
The management of health & Safety, Social and Statutory obligations
The response to tenants’ day-to-day issues
Monitoring Landlords’ and Tenants’ compliance with covenants
Arrears management including liaison with credit controllers and tenants
Co-ordinating inspections
Excellent attention to detail
Experienced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
A team player with interpersonal skills who interacts with both colleagues and clients
Proven organisational skills, experience in setting up administrative systems and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Must be customer service driven and have excellent communication skills
Experience in property management desirable but not essential
Some analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarise data for reports and to find solutions
Good numeric skills and ability to write succinct and grammatically correct business correspondence
Proactive and positive attitude, with a desire to learn
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively and flexibly
