Job Title: Full Time Baker

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of cakes, pastries, tray bakes, and other baked goods in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure that all products are consistently high-quality, fresh, and visually appealing.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate baking schedules and fulfill orders in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized baking station, following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and baked goods to add variety to the cafe/restaurant's menu offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef, with a strong portfolio of baked goods.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and pastry decoration.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing baked goods.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
