Description

Our Supply Chain and Food Safety department audit and certify very large numbers of customers against a number of scheme standards. We pride ourselves on our customer service and our integrity. We’re growing fast, and that’s where you come in.

To further ensure and grow our Supply Chain business, we are currently looking for a Coordinator to join our Allocations team based in Oxford. This role will involve providing scheduling and administrative support whilst delivering great customer service to new and existing customers, ensuring quality documentation, and professional communications in a timely and friendly manner. This is a hybrid based role.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

As a Coordinator, you will report to the SCFS Manager - Operations who is UK based and your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Allocating audits within a time frame as required by the scheme and the client
- Allocating audits to NSF assessors and IC within relevant audit windows based on geography and assessor competency
- Working closely with our Audit Delivery team to ensure accurate allocation of audits
- Working closely with Scheme Managers within the Agricultural team
- Creation of reports and generating letters as required by the scheme owner rules

- Calm and confident approach when dealing with challenging situations and customers
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A methodical and logical approach with good problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills with an ability to work on own initiative
- The ability to plan work and meet deadlines
- Note that this is a hybrid role, presence in the Oxford office is necessary
