Ecolab are looking for a Quality Assurance System Manager and as a member of the quality team you will be responsible and accountable for various areas which contribute to the assurance of safety, quality, and performance.

**Definition**:
To support the QA Department with regards to the specific tasks as detailed in the following section to achieve departmental and Plant objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing the Quality Management Document Control System - Review, approval and issuing of Quality System Documents.
- Manage Change Control activities - Logging of Changes, organise change meetings, monitoring changes and ensuring closure of changes.
- Manage deviations system - Logging, monitoring and closure of deviations.
- Provide support in SAP activities
- Providing support for addressing non-conformances and identify and assist with improvements to processes & systems of work
- Support Internal & External Audits
- Perform duties in accordance with principles for GMP and safe working practices
- Consult with other organisational functions to strongly communicate requirements and ensure goals are achieved.
- Any reasonable duties as requested by QA Systems Manager
- The role will operate 8am - 4pm Monday - Friday.

**Key competencies and skills required**:

- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Confident and coherent communicator
- Ability to work independently but adaptable to work as part of a team.
- Experience of working in Manufacturing environment
- Good Time management & organizational skills
- Experience of working to ISO9001 requirements.
- Computer/Numeracy Literate (minimum requirements: word/excel/access)
- Document control experience
- SAP experience
- Audit qualification.
