**WHAT YOU WANT TO KNOW**:

- Salary in the region of £30,000- £35,000 DOE

**A SNAPSHOT OF THE DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST’S ROLE**:

- Growing the online digital presence of the brand through multi-channel campaigns
- Managing the company social media pages including planning, designing, and delivering engaging content
- Ensuring that all content is relevant, exciting and up to date
- Ensuring that the brand is consistent across all campaigns
- Measure performance / ROI on campaigns and reporting this back to the team
- Understanding the target audience through research, competitor knowledge and understanding market trends
- Communicating the mission and vision of the business internally and externally
- Develop marketing collateral including POS / event material
- Be the ambassador for the brand

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN YOUR APPLICATION**
- 3 - 5 years of professional digital marketing experience
- Have an understanding of SEO, Paid Media and best practices
- Experience of using website platforms such as WordPress
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communicator
- A creative thinker, happy to work on own initiative
- Positive, proactive, and happy to get stuck in
