**Description of the role**:

- Inputting data onto inhouse systems.
- Liaising with team members working collaboratively.
- Handling high volume of incoming calls
- Resolving customer queries
- Providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding products and services.
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges with high attention to detail.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation.

**About you**:

- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer issues

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 37.5 per week
