We’ve got an exciting opportunity for the right person to work with a lady living in Penzance. She suffered a stroke and as a result is paralysed down the left side of her body.

Your role of support is to assist with all activities of daily living and mobilising and personal care. You will work alone and as part of a team, operating on shifts to provide 24/7 care.

If you are resilient, reliable and looking for a role that truly makes a difference to someone else’s life then we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support with all aspects of daily living
- Use of hoist and 2 staff for all transfers
- Take the client out into the community
- 2:1 care
- Personal care

**Skills Knowledge and Expertise**:

- Have a pure zest for life & a caring can-do attitude.
- Experience with Medication
- Experience Moving and Handling
