**German Speaking Customer Service Advisors (REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE)**

We are currently recruiting for German speaking Customer Service Advisors to join a leading sportswear company based in Middleton. *You have the option to work from home if you are based in the Greater Manchester Area*

**Location**: Middleton Manchester (M24 area, easy to reach location)
**Pay Rate**: £12ph
**Days of work**: Monday to Friday with 1 day at the weekend (compensated with a day off during the week)
**Hours of work**: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm Saturday & Sundays 9.15am-5.15pm

**Duties will include**:

- Responding to inbound calls from customers and clients
- Processing order details onto the computer system
- Liaising with customers in both German and English either via the telephone or e mail.
- Checking product availability
- Chasing delivery information

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract

**Salary**: From £12.00 per hour
