The Opportunity
This role will aim to enhance the customer experience through the design, development and balance of customer attributes for Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
Representing the end user / customer internally, this role will be responsible for leading the definition and delivery of character-defining attributes for the Range Rover Sport nameplate, working collaboratively with attribute and VE team experts and ensuring all steps of the development process are supported by high quality feedback from robust vehicle assessments.
This role will require frequent international travel to ensure thoroughness and robust sign-off of the vehicle character.

**WHAT TO EXPECT**

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Plan and support developmental evaluation activities as required to support attribute delivery.
- Work collaboratively and transparently with attribute experts to define and maintain cascaded target requirements and drive resolution of attribute incompatibilities.
- Creation of documentation - Vehicle Character Definition (VCD), Assessment Reports etc. - to support development, issue resolution, and programme gateways.

**WHAT YOU WILL NEED**
- Experience of attribute definition, development and balancing at a vehicle level.
- An effective team player with a highly collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills - able to build effective working relationships with a broad range of other departments and individuals.
- A strong communicator who is able to concisely communicate complex ideas.
- Significant experience in the Automotive Industry
- Full UK Driving Licence, ideally with advanced driving permits (Class 3, 4PG etc.)
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience driving and assessing vehicles up to and beyond the tyre adhesion limit would be a significant advantage.
