We operate a fantastic restaurant at Kings Cross and Euston Stations. LEON Restaurant is naturally fast food. Food that tastes great and does you good.

We are looking for enthusiastic foodies with passion to lead and coach the LEON team at Kings Cross & Euston stations. From porridge, healthy burgers, salads and wraps or the best Fair-trade coffee in the stations, we just love to make it for anyone on the move Experience as supervisor is needed, but we will help you grow further to be the best manager in the future.

**The Role**:
As a Team Leader at LEON Restaurant, you will motivate and lead your team to deliver excellent shifts with LEON and HMSHost core values in mind. Ensuring each guest who comes through the door receives a big warm welcome and excellent service. You will encourage your team to go above and beyond whilst adhering to excellent cleanliness and store standards. You will be responsible for ensuring each shifts checks are completed and will support in training and developing your team.

**Is this you?**
- Experienced in leading a team in an outgoing restaurant or a similar retail environment
- Enthusiastic foodies with passion to coach all LEON team members to deliver the best service at our LEON Restaurants
- Able to run the shift in the restaurant or kitchen by motivating your team to drive results.
- As a supervisor, you will be a brand ambassador for HMSHost & LEON by living and breathing our values and drive this culture throughout the team and restaurant.
- Able to work shifts that start as early as 4 or 5am or happy to work late shifts that can end up to midnight / 1am.
