**Job description**:
**Person specification**:

- Demonstrate a personal dedication to the DIO Guiding Principles and 'Safety First' value.
- Contract deliverables assurance both on and of the Estate.
- Stakeholder engagement.
- Property inspections to determine condition and inspection of building works.
- Support to resolution of complaints.
- In occupation queries and working with supply chain partners to resolve difficulties.
- Total patch management with strong emphasis on improvement strategy.
- Identification of supply chain capability gaps and drive to develop innovative ways of working.
- Ensure local compliance with legislative and mandatory requirement.
- Management of billable works.
- Identification of works that support future programming and capital investment.
- Support the Housing Estate Manager with ad hoc business management tasks.

**Desirable Experience & Skills**

Experience in fast paced housing environment desirable.

**Licences**:

- Full UK driving licence is required due to travel to housing estates and individual properties not all of which are accessible by public transport. Full responsibilities of the post cannot be achieved without this.**Behaviours**:
