Our client, a construction company in St Austell, is looking for an experienced Sales & Office Administrator to join their small friendly team.

As a sales & office administrator you will work alongside their admin team to process orders, communicate with customers, and undertake administrative duties that facilitate the smooth running of the sales office.

Daily tasks may include:

- Putting sales orders onto their system.
- Raising purchase orders.
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone.
- Adding purchase ledger invoices.
- Ensuring customers receive goods in timely manner/when need them.

Enthusiastic applicants must have experience in a high-paced office environment and be able to offer outstanding attention to detail and communication skills. You must be self-motivated.

This is a temporary on-going position with the potential of going full time permanent after 12 weeks.

Hours are 08:30-17:00 Monday - Friday.

The rate of pay will be £10.95 an hour, Annual salary if successful will be discussed at the time.

There is opportunity to receive profit-shares annually commencing March 2023 (as employees must have worked at the company for over 1 year to qualify for profit-shares).

**Salary**:
£10.95 per hour if successful for the permanent position to be discussed per year.

Schedule:

- 8-hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
