Are you a Sales co-ordinator within new build housing and looking for a new challenge? We are assisting to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator to join the sales team of a regional developer.

As The Sales Coordinator you will co-ordinate all sales and marketing related operations to ensure the open market sales programme is successfully delivered.

You will coordinate, drive and ensure the successful delivery of the customer journey ensuring it is effective, efficient and as customer focused as possible. Managing relationships with solicitors, estate agents and other external consultants to ensure timely completions for the company’s property sales. The Sales Coordinator will also effectively support the Senior Sales & Marketing Coordinator in managing the company marketing communications and promotion of new homes for the business.

**What you will need**:

- As a Sales Coordinator you will be educated to a Level 3 qualification or above
- Have experience of collaborating with and driving sales through agents
- You will be a self-motivator to achieve key performance indicators along with holding the experience in marketing and social media content creation
- It is essential you have the knowledge and understanding of how the legal conveyancing and property sales progression works along with an understanding of how the estate agency process works from instruction to sales completion
- Good working knowledge of the Cornish market and market values, trends and key locations is also essential
- Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Office package

It is essential they will have strong administration, problem solving, numerical and analytical skills and also have working experience in negotiating and influencing. Being able to present and conduct yourself in a confident and professional manner is key along with taking responsibility for actions and projects and tackling demanding goals with enthusiasm.
