**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Administer fixtures and Academy needs including match day venue confirmations, correspondence with governing bodies and scheduling
- To maintain efficiency of all Academy football administration matters ensuring compliance for the Academy with all governing body rules and regulation set by the Premier League, Football League, Football Association, UEFA and FIFA pertaining to Youth development
- To be responsible for accurate record keeping by ensuring a proficient filing system for the department is in place and maintained
- Attend and minute regular department meetings
- Effective communication with the Club Secretary and Assistant Club Secretary
- Fixture administration for U9 to U18 Academy programme
- In accordance with governing body rules, efficiently maintain the Football Intelligence Platform of all PVFC Academy players
- Maintain up to date records of all full and part time staff along with AOM
- Design and production of relevant forms and internal management systems as requested by PVFC Academy staff
- Any other duties as deemed by the Academy Director or Academy Operations Manager
- To maintain efficiency of all Academy football recruitment matters ensuring compliance for the Academy with all governing body rules and regulations set by the Premier League, Football League, Football Association, UEFA and FIFA pertaining to Youth development
- All recruitment administration in line with the EFL/Premier League & FA guidelines
- Lead on all trialist recruitment administration processes
- Build/develop rapport with parents of PVFC Academy players and keep them up to date with activities surrounding the Academy
- Support the Player Care Lead and Education Team with enrichment activities
- Actively work with the Academy Operations Manager to think of new ways of working and developing current processes

**SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Previous experience in a football environment
- Knowledge of EFL/FA/FIFA regulations
- Experience working with players in an Academy environment
- Be familiar with CRMs and registration systems
- Understanding of recruitment processes within football
- Relevant secretarial/administration experience
- Full UK driving license
- In-date FA Safeguarding qualification
