We are recruiting for an **Office Administrator **for a Principal Partner Practice of St. James’s Place Wealth Management based in Moorgate London. This role full-time office-based Monday to Friday.

**Role overview**

Due to the continued growth of the large Principal Partner practice, the Office Administrator role has been created to support the increasing needs of the business. The role will predominately report into the Finance and Office Manager and the Operations Director.

This role would be particularly suited to some wishing to build their career in a stable and long-term administrative role. They will enjoy working in a role which requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail on a daily basis, carrying out a variety of general office administration and general basic finance tasks ranging from executing the onboarding process for new joiners, assisting with basic office moves, to carrying out internal financial tasks.

**Role requirements**

**Office**:

- Execution of new joiner and leaver processes, including general office induction as appropriate, meeting GDPR, Cyber Essential Plus, Data Protection, FCA, SJP & CWM regulations and standards including maintaining confidentiality of sensitive/personal details.
- Liasing effectively with relevant company team members, SJP departments / management, IT providers and main office building contacts with regard to the day-to-day location management.
- Day-to-day management of the company mailbox, including implementing the company annual calendar.
- Oversee the day-to-day implementation of the office management policies and procedures.
- Supporting the company leadership team with appropriate ad-hoc assistance as required, including diary management and ongoing tasks as well as project-oriented activities.

**Finance**:

- Company business sales & purchase (BSP) portfolio / client transfers
- Company adviser codes & commission splits system.
- Preparation of monthly non-financial management information (MI).
- Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive/personal details
- Providing other financial management support as agreed with the Finance & Operations Manager and Operations Direcotor; such support will include ongoing tasks as well as project-oriented activities.

**Person Specification**:

- Positive ‘Can do’ attitude, willing to get involved in all requirements of the role.
- Education: Minimum GCSE level 5 / C or above in English and Maths
- Previous experience working in an office environment (12 months plus)
- Used to working and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
- Scrupulous attention to detail and accuracy, particularly when under pressure
- Good organisation / administration skills
- Positive, problem-solving mentality (happy to get involved with physical operational tasks as well as computer-based tasks, such as desk moves).
- Team player, who can also work independently as required
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive / personal details
- Good communications skills - written and oral
- High level of computer literacy - Outlook, Excel, Word etc.

**Additional information**
- Salary: £21-28K per annum pro-rata
- Hours of work: Full time 37.5 hours a week. Fixed hours 8.00am - 4.30pm.,
- Days of work: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday only), office based 100% of the time
- Pension: Auto-enrolment pension scheme
- Death in service cover (four times annual gross salary)
- Location: Barbican / Moorgate, London (EC2V)
- Holiday entitlement: 25 days (pro-rata)
- Start date - March / April 2023
- Full training in role provided

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
