i247 Group have over 35 years’ experience providing outsourced customer service to the automotive sector. This is an exciting opportunity, due to our continued success, we are looking to build on the initial inbound booking team we put in place late 2022 at our new site in Chesterfield.
When will I work?
Monday to Friday 8hr shift between the hours of 7am and 7pm, 1 Saturday or Sunday per month with a weekday off in lieu.
Where will I work?
This will be a hybrid role, initially working from the office. Our office is based in S41 with good public transport links and in a new development close to the Chesterfield football ground.
How will I be trained?
Full training will be provided working 8am-5pm each day during your induction and as you progress through our nursery environment.
When can I work in a hybrid way?
As you develop and become competent in the role, we can allow you to work from home. You can expect to spend around 50% of time working from home at this point. However, to maintain our great team culture, It is important for all our team to be regularly in the office for us to support your learning & development and ensuring we keep the great team working environment we have established at this site.
What will I be doing?
All aspects of our business point in 1 direction, providing service customer focused service, maintenance, and repair telephone booking support, that help keep drivers mobile Be it helping your favourite take-away delivery company get you that late night food order by repairing a tyre puncture issue, or by helping your daughter get back home safely by organising breakdown support to replace that dead battery. You’ll be taking calls and identifying the type of booking needed to keep their vehicles mobile and well maintained
Do I need experience?
Experience is not essential. We provide all the training needed and our systems provide instructions of what to do. All we need you to bring is a willingness to learn and a great team working ethic as well as an enthusiastic, friendly approach to customer focussed bookings
