**Business Development Executive**

**£30,000 + Uncapped Commission**

**Bracknell**

Lynx recruitment is currently working with a growing hardware technology business who are looking for a Business Development Representative to join their team. This role is an entry-level position within the Corporate Sales Team focusing on product development,customer engagement, customer relationships, sales, aftercare and marketing.

I am looking to speak to anyone who has the desire to get into sales or someone who has experience within a similar or telephone-based role.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Managing customer database
- Making outbound business-to-business sales calls to existing and potential customers
- Identifying new customers
- Identifying customer requirements
- Building customer rapport
- Identify sales opportunities
- Work with a sales rep on customer quotations (where applicable)
- Promote product portfolio and special offers
- Promote the brand on social media platforms

**The role includes**:

- Introduction to IT manufacturers and products
- Entry-level product training
- Introduction to the sales process
- Introduction to client management
- Introduction to Marketing
- Introduction to purchasing

**Requirements**:

- Excellent phone manner
- 1+ years of sales experience
- Confident caller
- Willingness to talk to unknown customers
- Ability to build relationships
- Enthusiasm and drive to be successful
