As a CYP Clinical Supervisor, where youll provide individual supervision for qualified CBT therapists, contribute to CPD planning, overviewing and developing therapists clinical work, and collaborating in clinical team meetings. Your role extends beyond supervision though ensuring safe, professional practice, adherence to guidelines, whilst managing your own small caseload. You will build relations with the clinical leadership team in developing innovative positive clinical change, and helping the service achieve excellent client care and assist in development of the clinical supervision strategy for the service.

Ensure caseload oversight of each supervisee including reviewing clinical outcomes and client experience being an escalation point for all complex and urgent cases. Managing supervision sessions, booking them in on the system and ensuring notes from that supervision are recorded in a timely manner whilst recording and reporting risk and safeguarding issues as appropriate. Contribute to the development of the clinical supervision strategy and ongoing development of the CPD programme across the service. Provide CBT to your own caseload (Max.

5 at one time). Cover duty rota for clinical queries one evening a week until 8pm and attending clinical liaison meetings with referring services.
