Resource Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Coordinator to join our Rail Division, based from our Normanton office - and there has never been a better time to join

**The Role**

**Delivering a locked down 4-week roster and always developing the 12 week lookahead and disruptive possessions schemes. Working closely and effectively communicating with site teams to secure and supply resourcing demand. Effectively deploying internal resource using the supply chain to support resource requirements. Lead the compliance with fatigue management and training plans working with HSQE and training teams.**

- ** Create & manage accurate rosters to be distributed weekly**:

- ** Ensure all rostered shifts are entered accurately into Fatigue360 and monitor to ensure all planned shifts are compliant without exceedance/exception.**:

- ** Resolve monthly and weekly Gane Time exceptions collaborating with site superusers, payroll, finance and line managers using supporting information from the rosters.**:

- ** Ensure safety critical staff ES/COSS are confirmed 4 weeks out & identified on rosters.**:

- ** Receive and actively pursue labour requests from Construction or Site Managers to be added to rosters. Challenge requirements, make decisions and ensure a best for STORY England approach optimises resource usage.**:

- ** IT literature, numerate, excellent planning and organisational skills, strong communicator and ideally with working knowledge of rail industry and fatigue rules**
