**About you**
- Have 2+ years of experience in implementation of organisational change initiatives, ideally with process and technology aspects.
- Be highly organised.
- Have excellent documentation Skills.
- Have familiarity with project management and PMO approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Strong customer facing and excellent relationship management skills.
**What you’ll do**
You will work within the Business Improvement Team to support the delivery of the Transformation Portfolio. Providing practical, hands-on change management support for business process and technology projects. Working throughout the life of the project to ensure the effective engagement of stakeholders across the business. Evaluation of the readiness of change recipients and the successful embedding of change initiatives across the business to drive benefits realisation.
**What you’ll be responsible for **
- Perform Change Management activities and produce deliverables for project teams and/or service areas undergoing change.
- Support the development and execution of change management plans.
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
- Work closely with service areas, proactively identifying and recommending opportunities to improve and standardise processes in the team and across the business.
- Plan and participate in systems development and improvement activities, including data, analysis, defining requirements and business impact assessments.
- Monitor and drive adherence to controls and system usage.
- Coordinate changes to systems in a controlled and appropriate way where changes are clearly analysed, defined and documented, tested, and signed off.
- Provide technical knowledge and educate the operational teams.
- Ensure continuous development of users by measuring capability and competence, identifying gaps, and supporting training and development needs.
