**Role responsibilities**

The Premier Host will work independently or as part of a team responsible for the day-to-day delivery of providing an exceptionally high standard of at seat and buffet counter food to passengers.
- To provide a waiter/waitress service to the first-class passenger offering professionally and courteously service to passengers that travel on TfW, ensuring that an exceptionally high level of quality customer service and care is given and maintained on a day-to-day basis.
- To be presentable, professional and on-brand with TfW by wearing the correct uniform at all time to maintain personal hygiene and immaculate presentation.
- To be compliant with Health and Safety policies by wearing the correct Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and adhere to the COSHH assessments, methods of cleaning and the correct use of all cleaning products at all times to comply with Health and Safety legislation.
- Be responsible for offering our customers a wide range of available products by accurately accounting for all stock, reporting any defects and working with the trolley when needed to provide a consistent service offering.

**Who we’re looking for**

**Welsh Language Skills**

Transport for Wales supports and promotes the use of the Welsh Language by employees and will encourage them to develop, improve and maintain their Welsh Language skills. We fully support our people who want to improve their Welsh language skills, and personal development for Welsh Language skills are offered in a variety of ways such as online learning, classroom courses and funding attendance at local community courses.
