KO Estates is a growing property investment agency located in Manchester, after having a successful year in business, we're now looking to scale our team with our ever growing database of clients from all around the world.

We're looking to hire for 2x senior positions to help not only generate great fees for themselves but also to benefit from building a team out.

Our fees range from £5,000-£20,000 depending on the value of the investment opportunity we're selling

As experienced property professionals including experienced as developers building in the centre of Manchester, we're looking to partner with incredible property professionals who are really looking for something where they have the opportunity to scale.

Our clients globally are looking for various different services and as we have a group expansion we're looking to offer everything in one place, but our first step is to open up the mortgage department where we will be able to pass over hundreds of leads a year. This allows us to control the client journey more + more fees available for all the partners involved.

This role allows partners to KO Estates to get involved in some very exciting opportunities, from selling blocks of apartments, to off plan developments, all the way to selling portfolios and individual units. We have clients with budgets of £50,000 to spend all the way to clients with £50m/£500m+

At the moment our biggest problem is that we have simply to many clients support to on their journeys. The number of clients has growing rapidly and we're only now starting to spend money on ads to generate the leads

We are looking for partners with following experience.

*Proven experience and success in a consultative sales role are essential.

*Money motivated and driven by success.

*Hard workers who are prepared to go the extra mile.

*Property experience or knowledge is desirable, but not essential.

*Sales experience is essential

*Growth mindset

Hours

40-50 per week - Monday-Friday

Weekend hours are expected at times within this role

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £3,000.00-£15,000.00 per month
