Partnerships Administrator

We are looking for someone who loves delivering excellent customer service and enjoys working as part of a busy team. This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 6 months.
As a Partnerships Administrator, you will be part of a team who works from our Warrington office to support our customer service function.
This is a very busy role and predominately customer facing, so we are looking for someone who is sociable and has very strong customer service skills, is highly organised, likes working in a fast-paced environment, and is computer literate (Excel/Word).
Working hours are full time Monday to Friday, 8.00am-5.30pm. In return we offer a competitive base salary (dependent on experience), 25 days holiday, pension, Health Cash Plan, and Life assurance.
**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring customers are charged fairly by identifying when charges are valid, to ensure the customer experience remains positive.
- Providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner, and following up to ensure the customer is satisfied with our response.
- Recording any customer interactions, details of enquiries, amendments, or comments, as well as the actions taken in our main tracker, and reporting weekly to management on progress.
- Updating internal systems, recording the arrangement made with customers to avoid invoice disputes.
- Ensuring that a positive and polite customer experience is delivered, recognising our commitment to putting customers first.
- Maintaining strong, open relationships with other departments, liaising with stakeholders and customers - both internal and external.
- Maintaining internal health, safety, and corporate governance standards in accordance with Nationwide Platforms policy.
**Qualification and Experience Requirements**
- Similar experience within a customer service position.
- An excellent telephone manner with the ability to keep calm under pressure, and the ability to build rapport with customers in a professional manner.
- The ability to establish credibility, act decisively, but also to be able to recognise and support the preferences and priorities of the customer.
- The ability to be pro-active, a high energy team player, and the ability to work closely with colleagues at all levels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
