Edwards Employment Solutions are a Chesterfield based independent recruitment agency, who specialise in Office Support vacancies in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire.

We are currently recruiting for a professional and personable individual for the role of **Sales Administrator** to join a well-established organisation based in Mansfield.

The main duties and responsibilities of the role of **Sales Administrator**include:

- Supporting the Sales & Renewals team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Liaising with wider departments within the business to answer general queries / filter information
- Handle member queries
- Process memberships provided free of charge
- Monthly reporting to assist Sales & Renewals team
- Proactively engage in monthly, quarterly & annual appraisals.
- Flexibility in role to adapt to various sales products & initiatives in line with company focus.
- Manage elements of assessment and membership cancellations

As an essential part of the revenue generation arm of the business you will be responsible for supporting the Sales & Renewals and Accounts team will general administration work. Processing customer information, general contact with customer queries, processingdata and reporting. Working as part of a team to ensure a smooth customer journey for customers and harmony between departments.
